The specs show a 4500mAh battery, but also a 16200mAh rated capacity. Which one is the real capacity? Why are there two numbers?
The 4500mAh refers to the capacity of the internal battery at its native high voltage (21.84V). The 16200mAh (5V) is the "Rated Capacity," which is the more useful number for you. It tells you how much charge it can actually deliver to your devices at a standard 5V. Think of it as the total "usable" power. For example, it could fully charge a phone with a 5000mAh battery approximately 3 times.

Simply press the button once. The display will light up and show you the current battery level. It's designed to turn off to conserve power when not in use.

Why can't I use my power bank right after I start charging it when the battery is very low?
To protect the battery's health and ensure safety, the BeeCell-99 requires its internal voltage to be charged back up to a safe operating level (above 18.5V) before it can provide power to your devices. This is a built-in protective feature that extends the overall lifespan of the product.
