About 22L Sofichill Backpack Fridge:

What precautions should be taken when using a Sofichill fridge?

  1. The Sofichill fridge should not be placed at an angle exceeding 30°.
  2. Before use, allow the Sofichill fridge to stand for at least two hours to allow the internal pressure to stabilize.
  3. When placing the Sofichill fridge, ensure there is at least 50 mm of clearance in front of the air inlet and outlet.

How many bottles of beer does the 22L Sofichill backpack fridge carry?

      12 bottles of 500ml beer.

How many ways does the Sofichill Backpack power itself? Can I power it using indoor AC?

     Sofichill backpack supports the following four powering methods:

  1. Use 120W AC adapter to connect to AC;
  2. Use the car charging cable in a moving car;
  3. Use BeeCell-99 battery or a DC battery that meets our standard (voltage 12/24V current 10A);
  4. Use solar panels to input into the battery (12-30V maximum 100W).

Can I use other batteries to power the Sofichill backpack? What batteries can I use?

  1. It can be powered by DC batteries of other brands that meet the standards (voltage 12/24V current 10A);
  2. It can also be powered by other 110-220V AC portable power supplies through our adapter.

How many ways does the battery BeeCell-99 power itself?

    There are 4 ways:

       a. Using AC adapter, up to 120W via PD protocol;
       b. Using the onboard charging cable in a working car;
       c. Using solar panels up to 100W (12-30V input);
       d. Using 18-25V DC input.

About 30W Solar Panel:

What precautions should be taken when using a 30W portable solar panel?

  1. The operating temperature range of the solar panel is -20°C to 85°C (-4°F to 185°F). Handle the solar panel with care; avoid dropping, puncturing, or bending it.
  2. Do not use the solar panel on cloudy or rainy days. It is not recommended to use the solar panel to charge the portable power source when sunlight is insufficient, as the input power will be relatively low.

What precautions should be taken when storing a 30W portable solar panel?

        When storing the solar panel, fold it up and place it in a bag with the junction box leads facing upwards.

Why is the output power of my solar panel so low?

        The output power of a solar panel is affected by the intensity and angle of sunlight. To increase output power, use the solar panel when the sunlight is strongest (around midday) and keep it perpendicular to the direction of sunlight. Avoid using the solar panel to charge on cloudy, rainy days, or in shady areas.

What should I check if my 30W portable solar panel cannot charge my portable power source?

  1. Ensure the solar panel is installed outdoors. Solar panels installed indoors and not exposed to sunlight will not charge the portable power bank.
  2. Check that the connection cables are connected correctly according to the instructions, and unplug and replug them to confirm.
  3. Check that the input voltage and current of the solar panel match the solar input parameters of the portable power bank, and check that the positive and negative terminals are not reversed.
  4. Check the portable power bank's display for any alarm messages, and troubleshoot according to the instructions.
  5. If the solar panel still does not work properly after completing the above steps, please contact after-sales service for assistance and send a video of the steps you have performed.
About Beecell 99 Portable Battery:

Does this battery have overtemperature (low or high temperature) protection?

        Yes, this battery includes both low and high temperature protection for charging and discharging. During charging: Charging will stop if the temperature falls below 0°C or rises above 55°C (<32°F or >131°F). During discharging: Discharging will stop if the temperature falls below –10°C or rises above 55°C (<14°F or >131°F).

What should I do when I receive the battery?

        Upon receiving the battery, use a multimeter to test the voltage of the positive and negative terminals (battery range: 10V-14.6V). Confirm that the battery is within the normal voltage range to ensure proper functionality.

How do I charge my battery?

        The battery supports multiple charging methods, including solar charging, DC-DC battery chargers, and AC-DC battery chargers. We recommend carefully reviewing the battery's input parameters before selecting a charger.
